The Brand Manager will play a critical role in reshaping and growing the global brand in the U.S. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for implementing brand strategy, driving product innovation, and executing marketing initiatives across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels.

Your Responsibilities

Assist in implementing the transformation by developing and executing strategic brand plans to drive growth and reposition the brand in the U.S.
Manage new product innovation, from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales, E-commerce, and International teams) to ensure successful product launches and market execution.
Comfortable handling day-to-day execution work and jumping in wherever needed to keep projects moving
Analyze category trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize brand performance.
Assist with the marketing calendar, overseeing campaign execution, content creation, and brand storytelling across digital and traditional platforms.
Partner and brief agency teams (social media, influencer marketing, and paid media) to develop compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
Support sales teams with strong storytelling, sell-in materials, and retailer-specific marketing programs.

The Experience We're Looking For

5-7 years of brand management, marketing, or product innovation experience in the CPG industry (cleaning category experience is a plus; emerging brands is a plus)
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams while understanding what's required to win in the USA market
Open to candidates transitioning into brand management if they bring strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
Proven track record in brand strategy, product launches, and innovation pipelines
Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail environments including paid media, social media, and influencer campaigns
Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute marketing plans
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving business environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
