Construction Project Manager – Columbus, OH
$95,000 – $125,000 + Bonus + Benefits

A respected commercial general contractor in Columbus is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation projects across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing firm with a strong pipeline of commercial, industrial, and institutional work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, buyout plans, and procurement strategies
• Lead subcontractor coordination, scope reviews, RFIs, submittals, and change management
• Oversee site operations alongside the Superintendent to ensure quality, safety, and schedule alignment
• Conduct regular client and design team meetings, providing updates and progress reporting
• Review drawings and specifications to identify and mitigate risks
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
What We're Looking For:
• 5–10+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial, office, retail, or institutional projects
• Strong understanding of budgets, cost control, scheduling, and contract administration
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management tools
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability
• Ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and maintain momentum on active job sites
