Now, they're looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team — someone ready to lead impactful projects from planning through completion.

🔑 What You'll Do

• Manage projects from concept through close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget goals are met
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, subcontractors, and superintendents to drive project success
• Lead project administration: cost estimation, scope development, scheduling, risk management, and documentation
• Handle subcontractor negotiations and oversee contract compliance
• Manage project accounting, reporting, and financial tracking
• Ensure safety compliance and deliver projects on time, on budget, and to client satisfaction

✅ What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of construction methods, delivery methods, AutoCAD, and Procore
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong client and team relationships
• A problem-solver with leadership skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
