Assistant Project Manager — Construction
Our client, a well-established general contractor, is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
What you'll do:
- Support the PM and Superintendent with scheduling, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Coordinate subcontractors and keep project documentation organized
- Help with budgeting, bids, and closeout deliverables
- Keep everyone and everything on track (AKA: be the glue)
What you bring:
- 1–3 years in construction project support (commercial/institutional preferred)
- Experience with Procore + Bluebeam
- Solid communication, organization, and follow-through
