Project Manager – Heavy Civil & Infrastructure 🚧

Compensation - (DOE) $150k - $200k + Bonus plan paid progressively throughout projects.

Location: NYC

I'm looking for an experienced Project Managers to oversee large scale rail and infrastructure projects across NYC. Work on high-value projects ranging from $30M to $250M+, managing all aspects of delivery from field to office.

What You'll Do:

• Lead one project at a time, ensuring schedule, safety, quality, and budget goals are met 🛠️.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, and clients.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify risks and opportunities 📐.
• Support project execution from preconstruction to closeout.

Who We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or rail construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills 🗣️.
• Field-based with occasional travel to nearby stations or project sites 🚆.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver complex projects successfully.
