Project Manager

Position: Project Manager - Mixed Use

Location: NYC

Compensation: $140k-$180k

Our client is a forward-thinking, community-focused general contractor specializing in commercial interiors, mixed-use, and residential construction across New York City.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out, commercial, and mixed-use construction projects in NYC. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for commercial/mixed-use projects
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to drive project progress
• Review drawings, manage change orders, monitor costs, and ensure contract compliance
• Maintain strong client, stakeholder, and team communication throughout the project

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial interiors or mixed-use construction in NYC
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades, coordinate field and office teams, and keep projects on time and on budget
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in the NYC metro area and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels
