Salary: $55,000–$65,000 + Commissions

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support both SLED and government contracts/proposals, with a strong focus on large-scale hiring initiatives. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring alignment with internal processes and government compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Senior Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support staffing strategies for commercial and government projects.
- Assist with large-scale recruiting, including job postings, resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Source talent through job boards, social media, ATS searches, referrals, and networking.
- Submit candidate resumes for RFPs, RFIs, and awarded contracts.
- Maintain accurate, compliant records within the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).
- Participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach to build strong candidate pipelines.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable employment laws and government contract requirements (EEO, OFCCP).
- Support pre-employment processes such as background checks and onboarding coordination.
- Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and enhance the candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or HR support experience (agency experience and internships encouraged).
- Interest in government and commercial recruiting; exposure to high-volume or project-based hiring a plus.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Bullhorn preferred), job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to compliance.
- U.S. Citizenship may be required for certain government projects.
