With award-winning work spanning workplace, cultural, and educational spaces, this firm is seeking a Proposals Coordinator to join its growing San Francisco team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented professional to play a key role in developing visually engaging and strategically crafted proposals and marketing collateral. You'll collaborate closely with design leaders, marketing teammates, and consultants to bring the firm's work and ideas to life through thoughtful writing, layout, and storytelling. The ideal candidate will have experience managing proposal submissions, strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, and the ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hybrid role based primarily in-office (four days per week), offering the chance to join a dynamic and supportive studio culture with mentorship programs, regular team events, and exceptional benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and coordination of proposals, qualifications, and interview materials that align with firm standards and client goals
- Design marketing collateral and visual content - including brochures, presentations, and awards submissions - that convey a strong visual narrative
- Write and edit project descriptions, staff bios, case studies, and firm-wide communications to ensure consistent tone and high-quality storytelling
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, photography, and pursuit data in the firm's database system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Collaborate across teams to coordinate photo shoots, update digital content, and contribute to social media and email campaigns
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Prior experience in marketing or proposals coordination, ideally within architecture, design, or a related creative field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and design
- Experience with data management systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus
- Proactive, calm under pressure, and comfortable interacting with firm leadership in a collaborative studio setting
