Job Title: Project Manager

• Lead a diverse portfolio of moderate-complexity projects (5–10/year, 2–5M units/year) with 2–4 top-tier customers.
• Drive cross-functional teams towards excellence in R&D and Customer Technical Transfer launches.
• Be the linchpin of customer satisfaction, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and on-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

*Project Development and Management (40%)*

• Independent Leader: Spearhead projects, acting as the primary stakeholder voice.
• Feasibility & Scope: Evaluate project viability and collaborate to define scope and objectives.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Unite R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations with seamless communication.
• Budget Oversight: Track expenditures to ensure project profitability.
• Performance Metrics: Measure success with KPIs like Right First Time and Customer Service.

*Project Planning and Supply Chain Monitoring (20%)*

• Timeline Management: Oversee project plans and dependencies for timely delivery.
• Resource Planning: Optimize resource allocation for project success.
• Risk Mitigation: Strategize with teams to mitigate potential material risks.

*Change Management and Risk Mitigation (20%)*

• Change Impact & Communication: Lead change assessments and develop strategic communication plans.
• Collaborative Decision-Making: Facilitate robust, data-driven solutions.
• Contingency Planning: Craft plans for capacity, material, and quality challenges. *Continuous Improvement (10%)*
• Process Enhancement: Lead process improvement and training with resilient optimism.

*Engineering and Technical Support (10%)*

• Technical Liaison: Bridge technical teams and project goals.
• Technology Integration: Advocate for new advancements in technology. *Quality and Safety Compliance (Constant)*
• Compliance Champion: Promote cGMP compliance and meticulous documentation.
• Educational Stewardship: Mentor junior team members on quality and safety best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years in project management within manufacturing.
• Proven success in timely, cost-effective, quality-driven project delivery.
• Experience in personal care or similar industries.
• Bachelor's in Science, Engineering, Operations, or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, Jira, and Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish a plus.

Bonus Skills: - ERP experience (e.g., SAP) and MRP knowledge. - PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.
