BA Skills

• Communication: Ability to lead meetings/capture notes, identify gaps, follow-up on decisions, communicate with Tech and non-tech audience
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration skills to work with various business partners
• Requirements Elicitation: Ability to gather and define business requirements
• Problem Solving: Questioning mindset to challenge/solve the business problem statements
• Agile Methodology: Seasoned in Agile practices/Story Writing in particular
• Critical Thinking: Can do attitude, with willingness to think out of the box
• Technology: Archer, JIRA, Rally, Visio,.ppt will be a plus
• Self-Starter and able to deliver with minimal supervision
  
  

Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000 per year

Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
