Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project schedules, quality, and resource allocation.
- Report project updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure jobsite safety and compliance with construction standards and policies.
- Develop operational and financial reports; support monthly performance tracking.
- Collaborate with estimating teams using historical data to support future project bids.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate with field supervisors to ensure accurate project inputs.
- 5+ years of experience in utility or civil construction project management.
- Experience with project budgeting, reporting, and scheduling.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license; up to 30% travel in AZ/NM.
