Key Skills Required
- Only qualified Project Manager candidates located in the Quincy, MA area will be considered due to the position requiring an on-site presence**
- At least three (3) years- IT security
- Overall 8+ years exp- Demonstrated success acting as a technical expert in an enterprise-wide IT solution
- Hands-on experience with project management concepts: developing project plans, risk management, scheduling, estimating, resource management, budgeting, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of various areas in IT, including hardware, operating systems, SAN technology, networking concepts, and security routers
- Advanced Microsoft Office, pivot tables, charts, Visio, Access, data analytics, and JIRA
- Ability to work in a matrix, high-pressure environment and respond quickly
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with varying levels
- Strong analytical and communication (oral and written) skills necessary to interact with all levels of management
- Ability to assess priorities and operate flexibly in order to meet the dynamic needs of the team
- Ability to prioritize, execute, and manage work
- An individual with an energetic, can-do approach to work
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of IT expertise
