Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Orlando, FL. The Project Manager will oversee project timelines and budgets, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of hospitality design projects. Responsibilities include managing logistics, supervising contractors, ensuring quality inspections, and expediting tasks as required to meet project deadlines. The Project Manager will also maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management to efficiently plan, oversee, and deliver projects within scope and budget
• Experience with Expediting and performing duties as an Expeditor to ensure timely material and schedule management
• Strong skills in Inspection and quality assurance to ensure all project components meet industry standards
• Knowledge in Logistics Management for efficient coordination of deliveries and resources
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Hospitality design or renovation experience is an advantage
