A nationally recognized builder is hiring a Project Executive to lead complex advanced manufacturing projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for a senior leader who understands highly technical, equipment-intensive environments and can leverage deep industry relationships to expand market presence while driving best-in-class project delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee national advanced manufacturing projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance across multiple concurrent sites.
  • Lead client engagement, leveraging existing relationships in the manufacturing/industrial ecosystem to guide pursuits and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Direct preconstruction efforts, including scope development, conceptual estimating, procurement strategy, and GMP delivery.
  • Mentor and develop project teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive MEP-intensive coordination, commissioning readiness, and integration of specialty equipment installation.
  • Represent the organization in industry events, client meetings, and market-development initiatives to support growth within the advanced manufacturing sector.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience delivering advanced manufacturing, industrial, high-tech, or equipment-heavy construction projects.
  • Proven network of industry contacts with owners, OEMs, EPCs, or specialty manufacturing partners.
  • Demonstrated success leading projects $50M+ from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Experience with GMP delivery, complex MEP systems, and fast-track or design-build environments.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other project management and reporting tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% nationwide.
