🏗️ Assistant Project Manager (Construction)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our project teams in delivering high-quality construction projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their project management skills and take on greater responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing daily project activities.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents; support the preparation of RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and help update project reports and documentation.
- Support procurement activities including material orders and vendor follow-ups.
- Conduct site visits to verify work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Help ensure project deadlines, cost targets, and quality expectations are met.
- Foster strong communication between office and field teams.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of relevant construction or project coordination experience preferred.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and project controls.
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
