Our client is a boutique retirement plan advisory firm helping growing companies navigate their financial future. They have turned to us to hire an Operations Coordinator to serve as the backbone of the firm. In this role, you won't just file papers—you will refine systems, manage critical client workflows, and receive direct mentorship from partners with decades of industry experience.

What You Will Own
You will ensure the partners can focus on high-value consulting by keeping the logistical trains running on time.
- Administrative Command: Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and act as the first point of contact for logistics.
- Client Service Execution: Prepare meeting agendas, track project deadlines, and ensure no client request falls through the cracks.
- Data Governance (CRM): Own the integrity of Salesforce data. You are the guardian of compliance and accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Don't just do the work—improve how it's done. Identify bottlenecks and streamline our workflows.
Who You Are
- The Organizer: You take deep pride in being the person who prevents errors. You are meticulous and detail-obsessed.
- The Tech-Savvy Doer: You have exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and are comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern project management tools (Monday/Asana).
- The Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal skills, capable of drafting professional emails to clients and vendors.
- The Self-Starter: You thrive in a small team where you have autonomy. You don't wait to be told what to do; you see a need and fill it.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of professional administrative or operations experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and modern office tech.
- Bonus: Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or HR/Benefits.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (Commensurate with experience)
- Retirement: 401(k) with a 3% employer contribution.
- Time Off: 18 Days PTO + 11 Federal Holidays + Your Birthday off.
- Growth: $1,000 annual budget for professional development.
- Flexibility: Full-time in-office during a 6-month mentorship/training period, transitioning to a Hybrid Schedule (3 days in/2 days remote) thereafter.
