We are a start-up social media agency based in the heart of Manhattan, we're building a fun, close-knit team of A-players—people who want to be part of something from the ground up, deliver amazing results for clients, and grow together.

We're on the hunt for a Social Media Coordinator to join our journey. This isn't your average 9-to-5. It's a hands-on role where you'll work directly with the co-founders and play a key part in shaping the future of Romi.

What We're Looking For

• Do-er mentality: You take initiative, solve problems on the fly, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty.
• Creative thinker: You know how to craft engaging content and think outside the box.
• Strong communication skills: You'll interact with clients regularly and must maintain a clear, professional tone.
• Problem solver: You stay cool under pressure and think quickly to overcome challenges.
• Great attitude: You're positive, adaptable, and ready to bring good energy to the team every day.
• 1+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Photography skills or interest is a big plus!
• Passion for the start-up environment: You're excited about being in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape and wearing multiple hats.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement social media strategies for clients, aligned with their goals.
• Be comfortable in front of the camera for content creation (clients + our own socials).
• Create viral content calendars with engaging content: text, photo, and video.
• Edit top-tier video content (must have prior experience with CapCut or similar tools).
• Capture content at photoshoots (photography and videography).
• Manage client social accounts: posting, community management, and tracking analytics.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with our team to brainstorm new ideas and refine processes.
• Provide excellent client service and build lasting relationships.

• Salary Range Base: $42K–$52K
• Bonus: Performance-based bonus structure after probation
