💵 Pay Rate: $45–$50/hr | Overtime Approved

📅 Contract Duration: 6–9 months (conversion to hire based on performance)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex customer-facing implementations, laboratory relocations, and operational transition projects. You will drive projects end-to-end, ensuring seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

This role is perfect for a candidate with a hands-on, collaborative mindset, strong operational skills, and a background in life sciences, labs, R&D, or manufacturing environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead service implementations, lab/production relocations, and operational projects from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Lab Services, Supply Chain, Operations, EHS, Facilities, IT, and external vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project lifecycles.
• Manage logistics: equipment moves, lab setups, material transfers, and vendor alignment.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GxP, and quality standards.
• Deliver project documentation: status reports, dashboards, budgets, and post-project summaries.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (PMP preferred)
• 1–3+ years of project management experience in lab, life sciences, or manufacturing environments
• Strong knowledge of project management methodology, scope definition, risk management, and resource coordination
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships
• Skilled in Smartsheet or similar PM software
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel up to 75% domestically during peak project phases
