We're supporting a major new-build facility in Louisiana, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We're looking for a Project Manager to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain robust governance structures across the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to governance protocols and reporting standards.
- Lead the development and execution of the project delivery strategy (50% strategic / 50% technical).
- Act as the primary interface between internal departments, external partners, and local officials.
- Facilitate engagement with public affairs teams and local community groups.
- Coordinate communications days and public-facing events to support project transparency and outreach.
- Drive day-to-day project operations, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and updates to senior leadership.
- Utilize and adapt existing templates and tools in collaboration with central organizations.
- Connect dots across diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
- Partner with internal and external teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Support the leadership team with strategic insights and operational execution.
- Requires extensive experience in project management, chief of staff roles, or interface management within pharma, biotech, or complex manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to wear multiple hats and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and stakeholder management.
- Experience engaging with public affairs, local officials, and community groups.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
