Requirements

Associate's degree or High school diploma or the equivalent
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, vending machine and scanner)
Excellent verbal and written communication complemented by exemplary customer service skills
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills - Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor
Respect and sensitivity for cultural differences
Hours are 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday
