Job Summary:
Project Managers are responsible for successfully planning, scheduling, and executing customer implementation projects. Projects include software implementations and often consulting, training, and custom development. They will work directly with our customers and leadership across a variety of teams, including Professional Services ,Sales, Development, Service Operations, Cloud Deployments and more to ensure project requirements are met for scope, schedule, and cost. The role is also responsible for managing customer relationships during the implementation phase and will transfer customers to our software support team upon completion.
Project Managers at Prometheus have business and solutions foresight. They can both understand the real-world use of the solutions we implement and can identify risks early to reduce impact on the success of the project. This is a highly-visible role, as you will routinely interact with senior leaders both internally and with clients during projects.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning, Execution, and Delivery
- Ensure smooth transition from closed-won sales cycle to implementation project and onward to long-term support, working cross-functionally with relevant departments throughout the entire process.
- Manages the scope, schedule, and cost of assigned services projects
- Manages and prioritizes customer requirements for inclusion in each project's statement of work (SOW)
- Manage timelines, status updates, and escalations in Asana
- Works with development team and implementation specialists to identify issues, create RCAs (root-cause analyses) determine issue type, and create plan for reconciliation
- Uses Jira for development ticket tracking
Stakeholder and Customer Relationship Management
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders both internally and externally to align on goals to deliver projects on time and in full
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations by identifying their needs and motivations, tailoring communication strategies, and providing timely updates and feedback to ensure satisfaction and buy-in across all phases of the project
- Identifying risks and blockers to project success early and working closely with Professional Services leadership to create gameplans to minimize disruption to activities and goals
Continuous Improvement
- Helps to identify internal process/operational inefficiencies and working closely with Professional Services Leads and Operations to scope out requirements for solutions
- Drives the use of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and internal policies and procedures
What you have:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 3+ years of professional experience in a Project and/or Program Management role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Demonstrated ability and success in delivering multiple end-to-end projects
What sets you apart:
- Client-facing experience in end-to-end project delivery
- 1-3 years in software project management/software delivery
- 1-3 years of professional experience in an asset-intensive industry (oil & gas, manufacturing, mining, etc.)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, Maximo, SAP)
- Experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or similar fields
- Proficiency with a second language (Spanish)
