Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement overall strategic plans for the organization's programs, collaborating with the CEO and executive team
- Program Oversight: Supervise the development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs to ensure quality, effectiveness, and alignment with Peter Paul's goals.
- Staff Management: Lead, mentor, and manage program directors and staff, providing guidance, feedback and support to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
- Fiscal Management: Oversee program budgets, manage financial resources, and ensure programs meet budget objectives.
- Stakeholder Relations: Act as a spokesperson and build relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, program vendors, and the community.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Monitor program outcomes, analyze data, and report results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Master's degree (in Education preferred). Curricular and administrative expertise preferred
- Extensive supervisory experience
