The Brand Manager will play a critical role in reshaping and growing the global brand in the U.S. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for implementing brand strategy, driving product innovation, and executing marketing initiatives across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels.

As we embark on this transformation, we need a brand builder who understands product innovation, launch strategies, consumer insights, and digital marketing trends. Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the transformation by developing and executing strategic brand plans to drive growth and reposition the brand in the U.S.
  • Manage new product innovation, from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with consumer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital, e-commerce, and retail channels to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales, E-commerce, and International teams) to ensure successful product launches and market execution.
  • Comfortable handling day-to-day execution work and jumping in wherever needed to keep projects moving
  • Analyze category trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to identify new opportunities and optimize brand performance.
  • Assist with the marketing calendar, overseeing campaign execution, content creation, and brand storytelling across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Partner and brief agency teams (social media, influencer marketing, and paid media) to develop compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Support sales teams with strong storytelling, sell-in materials, and retailer-specific marketing programs.

The Experience We're Looking For

  • 5-7 years of brand management, marketing, or product innovation experience in the CPG industry (cleaning category experience is a plus; emerging brands is a plus)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams while understanding what's required to win in the USA market
  • Open to candidates transitioning into brand management if they bring strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Proven track record in brand strategy, product launches, and innovation pipelines
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail environments including paid media, social media, and influencer campaigns
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and agency partners to execute marketing plans
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving business environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
