About the Company

Our client, a Financial Services firm with approx. 70 people on staff, based downtown near Wall Street, is currently looking for a new EA to support the firms CEO.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance and should be well-organized, comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf and have the ability to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.


Responsibilities

  • Calendar management
  • Aid executive in preparing for board meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings (domestic & international) and welcoming clients.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


Required Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Pay range and compensation package

110k-125k, based on experience
