We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Newark, California.
As a Project Manager, you will coordinate and drive customer projects from quote through delivery, ensuring timelines, costs, and customer expectations are met. You will support the sales and technical teams, manage internal communication across departments, and act as a key liaison for customer inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining project trackers, leading updates, and solving issues to ensure a smooth project lifecycle.
This role reports to the Global Account Manager and works cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, operations, and customer service.
Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000 annually

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate and drive customer projects from quote through delivery, ensuring timelines, costs, and customer expectations are met. You will support the sales and technical teams, manage internal communication across departments, and act as a key liaison for customer inquiries. You will be responsible for maintaining project trackers, leading updates, and solving issues to ensure a smooth project lifecycle.
This role reports to the Global Account Manager and works cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, operations, and customer service.
Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000 annually
Your Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of customer projects, from quoting through delivery
- Track project milestones, manage deadlines, and ensure internal teams are aligned on deliverables
- Communicate with customers to provide project updates, resolve issues, and manage expectations
- Maintain and update project trackers, pricing files, and internal documentation
- Assist in the preparation of customer quotes, proposals, and monthly sales reports
- Collaborate with logistics, production, sourcing, and customer service teams to meet project objectives
- Respond to inquiries about pricing, lead times, and product availability
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalate blockers, and help drive solutions to completion
- Support post-project reviews and identify opportunities for improvement in future projects
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with project tracking tools a plus
- Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems
- PMP certification or formal project management training is an asset
