Manufacturing Project Manager

💰 Salary: $100,000 – $125,000 + 10% Bonus

In this role, you'll lead complex capital projects across two busy manufacturing sites (Cincinnati and Baltimore), helping drive reinvestment, operational excellence, and long-term capability building.

What You'll Do

• Oversee large-scale capital equipment installations at two key facilities
• Partner closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams
• Lead planning, execution, and validation of new manufacturing lines
• Drive standardization, training, and best practices across sites
• Support strategic growth initiatives as the company scales operations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong background in food manufacturing
• Proven experience managing capital projects and equipment installs
• Ability to lead in fast-growing, evolving environments
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills
