Position: Assistant Project Manager

Location: New York City

Experience: 2+ years with a GC, CM, or developer (ground-up preferred)

Compensation: $90,000-$120,000 (DOE) + Bonus

Role Overview

The APM will support project teams through all phases of construction, helping deliver mid-sized ground-up residential projects. Ideal for someone seeking long-term growth within a reputable NYC builder.

Key Responsibilities

• Support PMs with day-to-day project oversight
• Coordinate subcontractors and track schedule/budget progress
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, change orders, and project documentation
• Conduct site walks and maintain quality/safety standards
• Assist with pre-construction, value engineering, and cost tracking

What They're Looking For

• 2+ years of GC/CM/developer experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable in both field and office environments
• Procore or MS Project experience a plus
• Team-oriented and motivated to grow
