Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for an Investment Banking Analyst/Associate. The role involves performing financial analysis and modeling to support mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other strategic advisory assignments. The Analyst/Associate will conduct industry research, evaluate financial statements, assist with due diligence processes, and prepare materials to support client pitches and transactions. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and partnering with clients to execute complex financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Due Diligence processes and knowledge of finance principles
• Background in Investment Banking or financial services
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CFA is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
