LuminArx is a rapidly growing alternative investment manager focused on special situations investing, managing over $4 billion in AUM. We are seeking a Marketing & Performance Reporting Analyst. This role will be instrumental in driving investor engagement, enhancing transparency through high-quality reporting, and supporting ongoing fundraising initiatives.
This role provides a comprehensive view of our business, allowing you to collaborate with diverse teams across the organization, including Investment, Operations, Accounting, Legal, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Marketing & Investor Communications
o Prepare monthly investor reports for prospects and current investors, highlighting performance, positioning, and firm developments.
o Maintain and regularly update the firm's marketing deck, monthly performance summaries, and capital call tearsheets.
o Coordinate with third-party platforms, databases and consultant websites to ensure accurate and timely updates.
o Support the preparation and submission of RFIs, DDQs, and other due diligence materials for prospective investors.
o Assist in the preparation of monthly investor call materials and talking points for senior management.
· Performance Reporting & Data Management
o Develop a deep understanding of LuminArx's data and reporting systems, identifying key data sources for both recurring and ad hoc investor reporting.
o Prepare custom and standardized performance reports for investors and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
o Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to reconcile reported data with fund accounting and performance systems.
o Support the ongoing refinement of data automation and visualization tools used for investor reporting.
· Investor Outreach & Relationship Tracking
o Research and identify prospective investors (LPs) through event lists, databases, and other sources; conduct targeted outreach to schedule meetings.
o Maintain and update investor records, ensuring complete and organized data for marketing segmentation and tracking.
o Track and manage investor requests, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation of interactions.
· Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with data, operations, and investment teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve automation.
o Contribute to the development of new templates and dashboards for performance analysis and investor reporting.
o Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
