Job Description

Our client, a hedgefund, is looking to hire an EA/PA to support their Founder. This role is onsite 5 days a week in their Midtown office and is offering a competitive compensation package with strong benefits.


Responsibilities

  • Prep the Founder/CIO for all meetings and manage follow-ups
  • Coordinate research discussions and ensure materials are organized
  • Manage and protect the calendar with a proactive, strategic approach
  • Streamline communication by filtering emails, messages, and requests
  • Capture and route ideas, projects, and research leads to the right teams
  • Handle personal logistics: travel, household coordination, key dates, and financial organization
  • Support life-planning projects (moves, travel, wellness routines, etc.)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of executive assistance and project management experience out of financial services or corporate start-up environments
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Experience using AI and project management software such as Asana, monday.com, and/or Notion
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proactive problem solver and able to operate with ambiguity
  • Adaptable personality and able to handle competing tasks in a fast paced environment
