PROGRAM COMMITMENT
The College Associate Program is a full-time, immersive experience designed to deliver real-world learning, collaboration, and a whole lot of career-building momentum.
Program Dates: May 27 – August 7, 2026
To ensure that all associates can fully benefit from the program's training, mentorship, and project work, we kindly ask applicants to confirm their availability for the full length of the program. We understand that school schedules and personal plans vary, and we encourage applicants to review the dates in advance to ensure they can participate through the conclusion of the program without interruption.

THE JOB
You will work as part of the Media & Sponsorship with Experiential (Venue Programs) as a College Associate, helping to execute Sponsorship projects with a focus on venues.
The Experiential Venue Programs team delivers bold, immersive, and thoughtfully crafted brand experiences that enhance the fan journey—from the moment they arrive to the final encore. Whether it's eye-catching photo opportunities, luxe VIP lounges, or custom viewing decks, each touchpoint is designed to amplify fan engagement and spark authentic connections. These seasonal activations provide brands the opportunity to tap into true fandom energy, leaving a memorable impact for venue attendees.
As a College Associate on the Venue Programs team, you will work closely with the Experiential Venue Programs team to support the execution of these immersive activations and venue operations. This role provides hands-on experience in event logistics, hospitality, production, and audience engagement, collaborating with venue managers, internal teams, and external partners to create unforgettable live experiences.

What This Role Will Do
  • Support the Experiential Venue Programs team in delivering fan-facing, immersive brand activations including VIP experiences, hospitality programs, photo opportunities, and custom venue setups.
  • Assist with venue operations, including event planning, logistics, and creative production support.
  • Communicate and coordinate event information across internal teams, venue staff, and external vendors.
  • Support inventory management, equipment tracking, and material preparation for events.
  • Assist with ticketing and audience engagement initiatives, including VIP and loyalty programs.
  • Help create and maintain venue documents such as schedules, contact lists, production notes, and post-event reports.
  • Track and reconcile event-related expenses and post-event settlements.
  • Conduct research to support new program development, vendor partnerships, and experiential innovations.
  • Provide onsite assistance during events to ensure operations and activations run smoothly, as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
