• Quality Assurance and Control:
  
  

Establishing systems and processes to verify that products and services area designed, developed, and manufactured to the required standards according to Lenovo requirements.

• Product Process Monitoring:
  
  

Overseeing both manufacturing and software development processes to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output.

• Testing Analysis:
  
  

Performing inspections, tests, and detailed analyses of products or systems to identify defects and ensure they meet performance and technical standards.

• Problem Solving:
  
  

Using techniques like root cause analysis to find the source of quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Data-Driven Improvements:
  
  

Collecting and analyzing data to identify opportunities for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and preventing future issues.

• Collaboration:
  
  

Working closely with design, production, and management teams to integrate quality into every stage of the product or service lifecycle.

• Continuous Improvement:
  
  

Continuously looking for ways to enhance processes, improve product reliability, and better meet customer needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a manufacturing/production environment. Familiarity with quality processes and tools such as inspections, testing, and root cause analysis.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 standards or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of statistical analysis and quality metrics
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow structured processes
