Overview

The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing multi-unit restaurant operations across the Charleston market and surrounding areas. This role will drive operational excellence, profitability, people development, and brand standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with strong leadership skills and a proven background in QSR environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple restaurant locations
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and guest satisfaction across the market
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing General Managers and leadership teams
• Ensure brand standards, food quality, safety, and cleanliness are consistently executed
• Analyze P&L statements and manage labor, food costs, and controllables
• Implement systems, procedures, and performance improvement plans
• Lead new store openings and support future expansion as needed
• Partner closely with ownership and executive leadership on strategy and growth

Qualifications

• Multi-unit QSR leadership experience required
• Strong background in P&L management and financial performance
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale management teams
• Experience with new store openings preferred
• Highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused
• Strong communication and leadership presence
