KUNST Agency is expanding, and we're looking for a creatively driven Talent Account Manager to join our growing team.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll support the development and execution of exhibitions, partnerships, and brand collaborations for our talent. You'll work directly with talent, clients, and internal teams to bring projects to life from ideation to final delivery. You will be responsible for pitching, securing, and executing new opportunities for our artists, designers, and creatives that align with our long-term strategy for their careers.

What You'll Do:

 • Support ongoing projects, exhibitions, and collaborations

 • Curate talent lists, write pitches, manage outreach, coordinate deliverables

 • Maintain relationships with talent and talent clients

 • Initiate new projects and exhibitions; pitch, negotiate, and secure opportunities

 • Track cultural trends + emerging creatives

 • Assist with reporting, analytics, and insights

 • Provide administrative support on accounts

 • Attend industry events and represent the agency with professionalism and curiosity
