With a multi-channel business model spanning DTC, wholesale, off-price, and licensing, KROST is entering an exciting phase of global growth — and we're looking for a skilled Production Manager to help scale our supply chain and operations accordingly.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager – Supply Chain & Operations to join our team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing the end-to-end supply chain and production process across all KROST product categories and distribution channels. This includes managing global factory relationships, ensuring on-time delivery, maintaining margin targets, handling costing & compliance, and optimizing internal workflows between design, development, logistics, and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will report directly to the founder and be based at our office in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee tech pack handoff, fabric sourcing, MOQ negotiation, pricing confirmation, trims/accessory management, and lab dips.
  • Track and enforce critical path deadlines for seasonal collections (core, contemporary, collaborations, off-price, licensing).

●      Costing & Margin Optimization

  • Partner with design and finance to achieve target margins across each channel (wholesale, DTC, off-price).
  • Break down unit costing by material, labor, packaging, freight, and duty to maintain KROST's value-driven positioning.
  • Conduct landed cost calculations (DDP, FOB, tariff impact) and provide scenario modeling for factory selection.

●      Logistics & Delivery

  • Oversee production handoff to 3PLs (East & West Coast), ensuring timely ASN submission and retailer compliance.
  • Coordinate shipping documents, booking instructions, carton dimensions, labels, barcodes, and routing guides.
  • Maintain delivery accuracy and OTIF compliance across all accounts (Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdale's, TJX, etc.).

●      Vendor & Factory Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, mills, trim vendors, and manufacturers.
  • Evaluate new factories for off-price and core basics expansion while ensuring quality control.
  • Manage factory scorecards and conduct quarterly performance reviews.

●      Cross-Functional Communication

  • Act as the liaison between design, sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth seasonal execution.
  • Support brand partnerships with aligned production calendars and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate on ethical sourcing, and compliance reporting.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Relevant academic background or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Experience

  • 5–7+ years of experience in apparel production, supply chain, or sourcing (preferably across menswear or lifestyle brands). Proven track record managing international vendors and complex seasonal calendars.
