Our client is a Manhattan-based IoT and SaaS company helping Healthcare Facilities Managers automate compliance workflows. With over 100,000 smart devices deployed—spanning emergency lights, room pressure monitors, fridge monitors, and fire extinguisher monitors—they keep more than 2,200 facilities across 45 states safe and compliant while saving thousands of labor hours each year.


As Implementation Manager, you'll lead the deployment of our client's smart devices at healthcare facilities. Your work will be critical to ensuring client satisfaction, driving retention, and supporting business growth through seamless, efficient installations.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Deployments: Oversee implementation of smart solutions across 30+ new facilities per quarter using in-house project management tools to meet quality and timeline goals.
  • Customer Training: Train installers and clients on device functionality and software to ensure smooth adoption and optimal use.
  • Collaboration & Support: Partner with client support teams to ensure a seamless post-installation transition and resolve non-technical issues promptly.
  • Leverage Technology: Use internal systems to track installations and maintain high operational standards.
  • Proactive Execution: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance installation efficiency and client experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and fulfillment teams to align deployment schedules with company objectives.
  • Clear Communication: Maintain transparent, effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment.


Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience, ideally in technology or healthcare.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a record of successful client management.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in healthcare compliance or related roles (is a plus)
  • Training in project management methodologies or software (is a plus)
