Project Manager- Grand Rapids, MI

We're looking for a Mechanical Construction Project Manager who can lead projects from planning through completion while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality standards on track. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and driving field execution.

What You'll Do:

• Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets
• Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Lead construction document analysis and resolve design conflicts
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and field change requests
• Monitor subcontractor performance, schedule adherence, and safety compliance
• Participate in meetings with owners, engineers, and architects
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including as-builts and reports
• Take initiative in your career development and training

What You'll Need:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or PMP certification (preferred)
• 3 years or more of mechanical construction experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA-30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
