What You'll Do
- Deliver accurate monthly and quarterly reporting, analysis, and variance explanations.
- Maintain and enhance forecast models, templates, and planning tools.
- Support corporate functions with planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Consolidate global productivity and key leading indicators.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and top-level financial analytics.
- Support quarterly earnings preparation and investor relations materials.
- Maintain daily sales reporting and respond to ad-hoc financial information needs.
- Ensure processes, models, and data workflows remain accurate, well-documented, and scalable.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/MS a plus).
- 3+ years in a corporate or regional Financial Analyst role.
- Experience with Hyperion/HFM/BPC or similar consolidation tools.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and data-driven storytelling skills.
- Ability to interpret financial results and communicate insights clearly to leadership.
- Proficiency in Excel, and comfort working with large data sets.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-moving, matrixed environment.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent organizational skills.
