What You'll Do

· Set the vision for an unforgettable customer experience—and rally the team behind it.

· Streamline order flow, tighten processes, and champion a “zero drama, zero errors” approach.

· Keep deliveries on track, dive into root causes, and lead improvements with confidence.

· Partner with Sales & Marketing to turn customer feedback into action.

· Track the KPIs that matter and deliver insights the business can actually use.

· Step in on complex issues and bring fast, smart resolution.

· Build, coach, and unleash a customer service team that's sharp, motivated, and future-ready.

· Watch industry trends so the company stays two steps ahead.

· Manage budgets, oversee pricing updates, maintain clean customer data, and support annual surveys.

· Jump into special projects like the pro you are.


What You Bring

· Bachelor's degree + 5+ years leading teams.

· 10+ years of customer service experience—bonus points if you've lived in the chemical or manufacturing world.

· Strategic thinker with a get-it-done attitude.

· Organized, calm under pressure, and great at making decisions when it counts.

· Fierce advocate for customers and a trusted partner across the business.

· Strong team-builder who knows how to unite and elevate people.

· Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable presenting to any audience.

· ERP savvy (D365 is a plus), Excel fluent, CRM competent.

· Confident communicator who knows how to influence without steamrolling.

· Loves developing talent and shaping a high-performance culture
