Job Overview - Commercial / Multi Family

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale, ground-up multifamily developments. This role oversees all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning through closeout. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing complex, high-rise or podium-style projects and a track record of delivering on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor performance.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, design teams, and consultants to resolve issues.
  • Review and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with codes, permits, and safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.


Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in multifamily or large-scale commercial construction.
  • Success managing ground-up projects valued at $8M+ strongly preferred.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
