ABOUT THE ROLE

• Lead projects from pre-construction through completion
• Prepare estimates and budgets as needed
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Identify and resolve project issues with creative problem-solving
• Ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders
• Manage and support on-site superintendents
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Oversee project financials and reporting
• Participate in pre-construction services in collaboration with internal teams
• Support and enforce the company's safety program and standards

Projects:

• Grocery stores - 8m - 12m

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
