We are seeking an Event Project Manager III to support a global entertainment events team, overseeing the planning and execution of premieres, screenings, and promotional events across Latin America, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. This role coordinates cross-regional initiatives, manages event logistics and vendor relationships, and ensures flawless execution of high-visibility events that elevate regional campaigns and global titles.
The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Spanish-English) professional with at least five years of experience in large-scale event planning and management, ideally within the media or entertainment industry. This position requires strong organizational and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfort working in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.

A typical day involves planning and coordination calls with regional teams, managing event timelines, reviewing project documents, and preparing presentations for executive reviews. The role requires strong multitasking skills and proactive communication to keep multiple events on track.
This position offers daily collaboration with the hiring manager and global teams, with flexibility for extended hours around major event launches. There is potential for both contract extension and full-time conversion based on performance.

- Coordinate and execute regional premieres, screenings, junkets, and media tours across multiple international markets.
- Manage end-to-end event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, purchase orders, DCP requests, and production timelines.
- Collaborate with regional teams to align event plans with overall marketing and promotional goals.
- Support event documentation and planning deliverables, presenting plans and updates to senior stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with other divisions such as Music, Games, and Books to ensure integrated event support.
- Manage agency relationships and evaluate opportunities to expand or improve vendor partnerships.
- Track milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all events meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Participate in weekly syncs with regional teams and leadership to maintain communication and alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Events, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of event planning and management experience, preferably within entertainment or global campaign environments.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, persuasive materials for leadership.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across regions and time zones.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to “think big” while executing flawlessly on tight deadlines.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills – Ability to produce polished executive and event documentation.
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish-English) – Required for regional collaboration and event coordination.
- 5+ years of event planning experience – Proven record managing complex, high-profile events across multiple markets.
