Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Review and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and installation activities
- Ensure compliance with plumbing, heating ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) regulations
- Conduct general repair and troubleshooting as needed
- Strong background in construction management
- Experience with preventive maintenance and installation
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
- Ability to estimate project costs and conduct inspections
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Data center construction experience preferred
- OSHA certification
- Engineering background
- Experience with quality control and distribution
- Military background
- Ability to perform background checks
- Minimum Salary: $115,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $150,000.00
