Senior Scheduler (P6 +100M Projects) - Miami & Fort Lauderdale

Recognized construction company located in Miami - Fort Lauderdale area, over 50 years of history. Specialized in Multifamily Mixed Use, Mid & High Rises, Commercial, Educational - Courthouses, Airport, Ground Up, and renovations over 150M.

Responsibilities

Perform monthly or biweekly schedule updates. Collecting actual performance information from the project team, walking the project to better understand the status of the job, entering the data into the system and correcting all logistic issues onsite.

Review the project status based on the updated schedule with the project team, tracking plan completion, and issuing the updated Schedule Reports to the teams and leaders.

Check procurement items and focus on critical items. Keep Stakeholders informed of all potential schedule impacts. Client meetings.

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience. 5-10 years of experience in construction as Superintendent, Project Manager, Scheduler, similar roles.

2-3 years of experience as a Scheduler.

Airport, Commercial, Multifamily, Mid - High Rises, Federal, Construction experience.

Blueprint reading skills.

P6 and other scheduling softwares.
