Project Manager (Multifamily - Mixed Use - Ground Up +100M) - Miami

You'll be part of an over 30 years of history, nationwide general contractor with offices in Miami, projects in all the US. Specialized in Mid & High Rises - Multifamily Mixed Use, Hospitality, Public, Commercial, Parkings, projects over 150M.

Responsibilities

Support the PX in managing contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.

Manage expectations, commitments and day to day operations with the clients, subcontractors, architects and owners, building trust and value throughout the construction process.

Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation related to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration.

Support payment applications, change orders, request for information, permits etc.

Attend project-related meetings, capture minutes, and record issues.

Qualifications

B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.

10-20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor in Commercial, Multifamily, Parking, Mid - High Rises, or similar.

Organized, time management, passionate and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.

Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will receive a package of up to $130,000 - 170,000 base plus benefits, bonus, allowances, and other perks.
