My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (SPM) to lead the construction of one of Los Angeles' most anticipated luxury living developments.

This is a once in a decade opportunity for a SPM to lead the construction on a Landmark LA Development. This development is being referred to as "LA's Sexiest High Rise".

This 400-unit, $200 million project will set a new standard for upscale urban living, featuring resort-style amenities, cutting-edge design, and meticulous craftsmanship.

Total package on offer:

• Base: up to $210,000
• Auto Allowance: $10,400
• Realistic bonus potential: $50k-55k (on an annual equivalency)
• Total Comp: c $270,800 - $275,800
• Further benefits including 401k / healthcare / vision / dental ect provided
