GreenBridge Furnishings designs and manufactures high-end outdoor furniture for leading hotels, resorts, and multifamily projects throughout South Florida and the Caribbean. Our team partners with world-class designers, developers, and hospitality brands to turn creative concepts into beautifully built, durable products.
The Role:
We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Miami headquarters and serve as the bridge between Project Management, Production, and Sales Support. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate in Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design who wants to learn the real-world process of bringing hospitality projects from idea to installation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Project Management in day-to-day operations
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and production schedules
- Communicate with vendors, fabricators, and clients to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare submittals, proposals, and client updates
- Coordinate samples, finishes, and shop drawings between departments
- Assist with on-site installations and punch-list items as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Architecture, Interior Design, Product Design, or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
