Key Responsibilities

Project Manager

• Lead full project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and partners
• Oversee cost control, procurement, change management, and risk mitigation
• Drive collaboration with field teams to ensure quality and safety
• Deliver projects that exceed client expectations while maintaining company values

Assistant Project Manager

• Support PMs with daily project management tasks and documentation
• Assist with buyout, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Maintain project logs and ensure accurate reporting
• Coordinate with field teams, design partners, and subcontractors
• Help track schedule updates and cost impacts
• Gain exposure to the full project lifecycle with room to advance

What We're Looking For

• Experience in cold storage or food & beverage construction (required or strongly preferred)
• Background with a GC, design-build contractor, or developer
• Strong communication, organization, and client-facing skills
• A team-oriented mindset and commitment to quality
• Desire to grow, lead, and take on more responsibility over time
