A New York-based hedge fund is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support an investment team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a high-performing group in a fast-paced environment. Must have at least 3 years of financial services experience.
Salary: 85-110K base plus bonus
Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
Schedule: Fully onsite
Responsibilities
- Support the equity research team in a dynamic hedge fund environment, ensuring efficient administrative operations.

- Contribute to the team's success by ensuring seamless administrative support.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the equity research team.
- Manage communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, in a timely manner.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for team use.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases relevant to team operations.
- Provide logistical support for onsite and offsite meetings and events.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in administrative tasks.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, ideally within financial services.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks.
