Job SummaryThe Project Coordinator will review documentation requests, verify accuracy, and ensure alignment with Regulatory Affairs, MES, Engineering, and other stakeholders in preparation for approval. This role ensures that titles, production details, dates, models, and PDFs are correct and aligned with business-unit requirements. The coordinator helps detect IFUs that need removal, ensures all records meet documentation expectations, and forwards finalized records to Regulatory Affairs for official review, approval, and website publication.Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming documentation requests and assess forms for errors, alignment issues, and required corrections.
  • Communicate with Regulatory Affairs, MES, Engineering, and other teams to clarify discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
  • Verify accuracy of information including titles, production data, dates, models, metadata, and PDFs.
  • Detect incorrect or outdated IFUs and ensure they are flagged for removal.
  • Prepare and route documentation records to Regulatory Affairs for review and approval.
  • Support publication workflows by ensuring all materials meet required standards before being released online.
  • Identify requests requiring urgent review and appropriately prioritize high-impact tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Communicate clearly with individuals both inside and outside the immediate working group.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of related experience, or
  • Master's degree with partial related experience, or
  • High school diploma with 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Candidates who are “over-qualified” will also be considered.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Prior writing, labeling, quality, or documentation experience
  • IFU (Instructions for Use) exposure (beneficial but not required)
